This app is not consistent. It refuses receipts that should not be refused and whos full information is there.
It seems to me that this app is using and taking what they want from my information but not being fair and giving me what I have earned.
There are way too many instances with the app not accepting receipts. I have tried to be patient, but my time is worth more than the aggravation from this app.

Been trying to contact this company and that don't have a phone number to call and I can't receive my gift card.
The receipt hog cant seem to help me get my gift card to my Amazon account I did everything asked to receive it and never happened. And noway to talk to a.live person. Wasted my time with this company.

Can’t get them to help me

Despite the fact that other receipts with handwritten store names on them had been accepted in the past, I was told that they are not accepted based on the app rules. A representative provided me an entry into the sweepstakes for a receipt that I entered that should have been accepted.
These should still be considered as receipts as all of the other information is on them.Ive also had receipts that do have the name on the top and they are not being accepted. When I try to respond by website, it always tells me that something went wrong. I am being inconvenienced by having to email you now on receipts that should be being accepted.
If my receipts keep getting refused, I will quit using your app. Please inform by a return phone call.Thank you.

No money received on there on the receipts and I put it in for two weeks ago
Hi my name is Virginia Inness and I cashed out five dollars last week and says seven days and I still havent received it on my PayPal and then I did it again last week. Still havent received it on my PayPal.
I need an explanation of whats going on because if I dont get my five dollars Im not gonna give you good reviews and Im not gonna recommend you to anybody so you guys need to tell me where my five dollars went cause I could really use that I cashed out not even two weeks ago. Unable to take a picture of my receipts
I am not able to send pictures of my receipts today because it requires me to input a zip code. I live in Canada where we use postal codes, which are different.
When I use my postal code, it says that it is not valid. I would appreciate it if you could fix this issue for me.

I am not able to upload my reciepts because it asks for my postal code. When I enter it I am told that it is invalid. That is not true. I would like that removed so that I can upload the receipts .

It seemed like a good thing and the rewards are good
I opened Receipt Hog and it asks for a zip code but the box says postal code and since I am Canadian I have a postalcode but it will not accept my postal code and it is frozen at the postal code says it's in valid but I have had this postal code for longer then I have had receipt hog. I just want to know the problem without putting a 2 dollar charge on my credit card.

Redeem problem
I have redeemed coins for payout. I have not received my visa virtual card .
Not an email either but when I request the email again .. it says they have but I still haven't received

Since the first of the year they have denied five of them and accepted one from this store it is a full receipt it has the name of the store it has the date of the purchase and it has the item purchased but yet they refuse to accept them and I continually have to remind them of this and it's a pain in the *** And why did they refuse this one from Petro Mart is everything it's supposed to be there

I’ve had the same thing happen several times. I am becoming disgusted with this app and very close to uninstalling it. All they are ignoring is taking our information for their use and not following through with their end of the deal.

I redeemed points in July, for a $25.00 amazon gift card. despite checking spam and asking for code to be resent I have still NOT received a redemption code, email on July 18th says code was sent!!!
I want my 25.00 gift card ! So FRUSTRATING!!!

I did not receive my last $40 Visa card in Feb.
I submitted my points for the $40 prepaid visa. My points were taken, but I never got my credit card.
Very frustrated and pissed off.
I would really like it if SOMEONE would get back to me. If this isnt taken care of, I will give your services a bad review and word of mouth spreads quickly

Their policy clearly states that store name, date and purchase amount must be printed on receipt by the store. If any is missing or altered the receipt will not count.
“I am being inconvenienced sending you this email....”. Then DON’T and move on. You are spending all this time organizing and uploading receipts for pocket change but gripe over spending fifteen minutes to send an email.
Their app. Their rules.
Hackers'are are blocking me from getting hold of you for last few days or more and still blocking me from reaching you!!!
